ONLY SOLUTION

RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN AWAY!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!

I consider myself somewhat of an expert when it comes to challenged kids. Why! you may ask, well 37 years of experience of working with them. I've seem problems on top of problems that simply manifest themselves into larger more complicated problems with either no end in sight or no solution available in this universe.

We are in big trouble and no amount of money is going to fix most of these problems because they are self induced. Our family structure is shot to hell and it is becoming more of "a somebody help me, but don't treat me that way." One parent, no parent, three parent, grand mother parent, mother's boy friend parent, mother's girl friend parent, daddy's girl friend parent homes are the norm now. I don't blame young people today for not wanting to get married and having kids, but if you are gong to have kids then take the responsibility to raise them properly. If you don't they will turn their backs on you when you need them and be as drain on society in every way that can be thought of. Realistically who would want to bring a kid into a world, a nation, a city where kids walk the street at early morning hours and the person who claims them shows no concern for them. Kids today have people that will stand up for them doing WRONG and EVIL! It has to be an effort to "regain" their love or something because the reasoning behind their disrespect towards those who try to help their children is evidence of the ignorant and is inversely proportional to their productivity in life.

Solution????? Not in sight my brothers and sisters!

The only possible rectification is the resurrection of the true family, the Christian home where God is God and parents train up their children in God's ways. Those ways are distant and far from your public schools, but not completely absent. There are a few of us that still believe, try our best and pray the presence of the Spirit of God as we walk the halls.

The bottom line is don't blame me for your screw up when you did the screwing up. Some things just can't be unscrewed.

So RUN! away from the evil of the world and ask God to wake the world to the only true solution. His way.

There is a need for change!

Basketball has become boring and we need a change.
I confess! I hate basketball! I'm sure having to play security guard and leader of the masses for the out-of-mind for many schools has something to do with it but whether professional or college basketball, both have become boring to me. Let's admit it, the players are bigger and better than ever before. I don't mean there are more "Jordans" that before but i mean there are more near "Jordans". Seems they can all DUNK and it appears much of the true skill is missing out. To me is seems that most of the time it's 5 one on one games occurring at the same time. The real game involves who is the last to score.

Be that as it may, I am here to save you all by offering these changes to the sport(?) of basketball. Yes it is a list :)
1. Dunks will no longer count as two points. They now are worth one point and can not be counted in the last minute of play.
2. The three point shots continue but now there is a four point shot that is taken from half court. These four point shots can be "called" and unhindered in the last 44 seconds of any game. I hope you got the "44" play on the four point shot.
3. The ball itself is going to be modified. The game ball will be a solid color selected by the home team, but if the home team selects the traditional color for the game they receive an opportunity at 3 free throws. One prior to the beginning of the game, one at the beginning of the second half and one at the end of the game.
4. 3 opportunities will be given at 3 point shots for creativity in the areas of a. uniforms, b. players, c. half time performance. (NOTHING OF A SEXUAL NATURE) examples:
a. uniform design, gladiator night, sponge Bob night, Disney night
b. players, a team with a "little person" that play or a one armed guy that plays (a minimum of 2 minutes per quarter/half).
c. half time performance, a bunch of cute kids jumping ropes, a guy dressed like spider man doing shots off a tramp, an eating contest (unique food like chocolate yak chunks)

We all owe it to the fans of tomorrow to modify the game of present day into a game that is real like the game of yester year.

Open Hand Out, A Good Thing?

Giveme giveme giveme
Just a quick not but something since it has been so long since I have posted.
I am more aware of the things the USA does for people than ever before. In my profession I see hundreds of people with their hand out saying somebody has to help me and lots of the people I just meet are continuously talking about what the government should be doing for them. Seems like MOST folk have lived the way they wanted and now they want others to pay their bills. Don't say you don't think the same way I do because whether you are one of the ones with your hand out or the ones that are being forced to fill those hands by our government, you think about it and have an opinion.
Here's mine and of course it has to be a list :)
1. If you earned, it get it. If you worked HARD 37 years and earned a retirement then you deserve it and you shouldn't have to be drained of it by anyone who not earned theirs.
2. Just because it is available doesn't mean you have to take advantage of it. It rags me every time I go to a luncheon or what ever and I see people get a second, third, or fourth plate of food, for what ever reason, maybe to" take home". JUST BECAUSE IT'S FREE! IT'S LIKE TRICK OR TREAT. You go to some one's house and you expect them to have your favorite candy and if not you get mad. It's like taking a half dozen calendars from some store giving away as advertisement that are free when you don't even use one. They're free right? Never mind that someone else who might actually need one didn't get one because YOU took a half dozen and put them in some draw only to be discovered in November and thrown away.
3. Just because Medicare or Medicaid offers you a service doesn't mean you have to take advantage of it. You know there are people that actually need those services but can't afford them because they don't have either of the Government programs. They have to sacrifice something else in their life to have the funds to get the services or treatments they need.
4. Take some pride in yourself. Suck it up! It may be an inconvenience for you but tough it out. You'll never be perfect, you'll never have the teen body that you had. Live with it!!!
5. Don't blame someone else for your short falls in life and expect them to cover your needs.
The bottom line is live with in you own means. If you don't have the money to go to the movie, live your life without the movies. Because other people do things in their lives that you don't get to do, doesn't mean the someone should pay for you to do those things. Live your life, not someone else's and don't walk around looking for free calendars.
