Back again, still no cigar!
I've been out of school for a week thanks to the Federal government and broken water pipes. Coming back to the school after that long is not refreshing by any stretch of the imagination, but it would be an eye opener. Of course this calls for a list.

Surprises after being out of school for a week:
1. SOS - Same Old Stuff
2. SOS - Same Old Stuff
3. SOS - Same Old Stuff

Why should any thing change? Remember the definition of "insanity", doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Why should people change? It's just to hard to develop the habit. It takes 21 days to develop a new habit or break an old one.
Why should processes and procedures change? It takes to much effort to make a different. I think most people are afraid that someone else will either take credit or give them the blame. Either way it just takes too much effort.

You know how a chef will say "it needs something" to get that "just right" taste. Maybe some special peppers or salt. Take a chance of that special seasoning providing a spppppecial taste that makes life a little more lively. In other words it may be time to change something to make life more lively. Wear pink.... naaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Well, make a suggestion! What do you think a person should add to their life now, right now, to make it more lively? RESPOND IF YOU DARE.
